Cancellation Policy

  • General:
    • 1.1 These cancellation conditions apply to all reservations at Boerententencamping. It is only possible to make reservations via the online reservation system and to pay in advance.
  • Cancellation Fees:
    • 2.1 In case of cancellation up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
      2.2 In case of cancellation within 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, the full reservation amount will be charged.
  • Cancellation by the Campsite:
    • 3.1 In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as force majeure, natural disasters, or other situations beyond our control, Boerententencamping reserves the right to cancel reservations.
    • 3.2 If the campsite is required to cancel a reservation, the full amount paid will be refunded to the guest.
  • Cancellation by the Guest:
    • 4.1 Cancellations must be reported in writing (by email or post) to Boerententencamping.
    • 4.2 The date of cancellation is considered to be the date on which the written cancellation is received by the campsite.
  • No-show:
    • 5.1 In case of a no-show without prior notice, the full reservation amount will be charged.
  • Changes:
    • 6.1 Guests have the right to change their reservation dates free of charge up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, subject to availability.
  • Refunds:
    • 7.1 Refunds will be processed within 14 days after written cancellation and refunded to the original payment method.
  • Exceptions:
    • 8.1 In case of medical emergencies or other urgent reasons, the campsite may revise the cancellation conditions, provided that the guest communicates with the campsite in a timely and adequate manner. By making a reservation at Boerententencamping, the guest agrees to these cancellation conditions. It is advisable to carefully read the conditions and discuss any questions with the campsite manager prior to making a reservation.
